TIP 1. DO NOT PLAN A TRIP IN EARLY SPRING OR LATE AUTUMN.
Even if hotel prices and tickets are very low. Due to the slightest breeze, the balls will not fly! Therefore, it may turn out that you will not see them at all. The ideal time is June and September, the heat is tolerable and the balloons are flying. I do not recommend the summer months for tours to Turkey because of the sweltering heat. In winter, the chances of seeing the balls are reduced to zero.
TIP 2. IF YOU WANT REALLY COOL PHOTOS – ORDER A PROFESSIONAL PHOTOSESSION.
Amateur photos without processing look boring. In real life, even a small number of balls looks magical, but on a tiny photo, all this magic disappears. And here His Majesty Photoshop comes to the rescue – with the light hand of the artist we add the necessary paints and big balls. And the photographer will also help you determine the locations where the balls fly as close as possible to you.
TIP 3… USE YOUR TIME PRODUCTIVELY.
Balloons fly for a maximum of 1.5 hours from 5:30 am to 7:00 am. For some reason, some are sure that it lasts all day – both morning and evening. Balloons fly at a strictly defined time, so you need to be ready in advance – with makeup and in a dress!
TIP 4. LOCATIONS FOR SHOOTING SHOULD BE THOUGHT IN ADVANCE.
Either you book in advance a hotel with a beautiful Turkish-style terrace and an excellent view of the balloons, or your photos were crying … It won’t work just like that to fall into an expensive hotel with a request to take a couple of shots! There are long queues for the terraces, especially a lot of Chinese. If you order professional photography, then the choice of location and transfer falls on the shoulders of the photographer.
TIP 5. TRUST THE WHOLE ORGANIZATION TO PROFESSIONALS.
The pros take into account all the nuances of preparation. They book sites, organize transfers, help with preparation, calculate the time of the photo session, and even bring a wardrobe of chic dresses with them. In general, they do magic!
I have personal experience in conducting and organizing 5 photo tours to Cappadocia. And every time I get great pleasure from my work, because I make my dreams come true!
