The results were announced at the World Airline Awards held on Tuesday 17 July 2018 at The Langham Hotel, London.
Skytrax, specializing in the study of the quality of services provided by various airlines and airports, has once again announced the release TOP-100 best airlines in the world, based on votes from airline customers around the world. The awards, referred to as “Aviation Industry Oscars”, are prestigious quality awards for the global aviation industry and a global benchmark of airline excellence.
The airline’s rating is influenced by both comfort in the air and convenience during check-in and boarding. There is no permanent leader, the winner of the rating changes every year.
